The first time I encountered burnout was my senior year of high school. Then again in my thirties and forties. It was through these experiences that I learned how our diet, habits, and mindset directly impact how we feel.
Luckily, science is catching up and we now know more about how stressors (mental, emotional, environmental) contribute to overall well-being.
Today, I get to leverage this knowledge to help busy professionals discover & address underlying factors that contribute to burnout, so they can continue to share their unique value & vision with the world.

We’ll kick things off with a deep dive session, followed by weekly sessions, and a final program wrap-up.

No! While both can be helpful tools along your journey, this program focuses on recovery from burnout by using a multifaceted, functional, whole body approach. Healthier brains, healthier bodies, healthier thoughts, healthier decisions, happier life!
I see you, burnout is common in self reliant types! While I am here to partner with you, our coaching sessions always focus on what’s important to YOU, so you have full autonomy over your burnout recovery.

I try to be available based on your schedule. I offer a variety of options for times to meet weekly, including evening and weekend appointments. We’ll work together to find a time that works well for you.
